Our sweet little boy is now a month old and he is doing so well! He now weighs 2 pounds, 9.3 ounces, which means he's over 2.5 pounds!! Whoo hoo!! His team of doctors decided to skip the head ultrasound this week because he has been improving so he'll have another one next week. They have added an additional medicine, Reglan, to help his reflux, but other than the reflux, we have nothing new to report, medically. On the fun side, over the weekend Stephen got his chance to give Zachary a bath and Zachary didn't like it anymore than when Kim gave him one. Thankfully we still have a way to soothe him afterwards, by letting him hold our fingers. We're still holding him every day, we alternate on which one of us gets to hold him, and we hold him from anywhere between a half hour and an hour, depending on how his sats (oxygen levels) are. It's all three of our favorite time each day.
Now, for what you have all be waiting for, new pictures!!
Holding Mommy's fingers, it was a double finger hold kind of a night!
We couldn't decide if he was saying "no photos please" or "hold my fingers please"...they were changing out the prongs to his CPAP so you can see his cheeks!
Zachary's Easter picture, thanks going out to Brinson and her folks for the pretty eggs!
Zachary loves being held. Here he is being held by Daddy. Hard to say which one looks happier!
Zachary loves holding Mommy's finger.
Recuperating after a bath...they are so traumatic!
Hold my finger...someone, anyone!!
Can you find Zachary in his baby condo?
Mother and son.
Just a cute picture that we wanted to share.
Awww....look at the happy family!
Relaxing while holding Daddy's finger.
Totally worth waiting for weren't they? We thought so! Until next time...love to all!

Hi Kim, Stephen and Zachary!
What a Great report on the Baldwim family this morning. We really enjoy all the updates and especially the gorgeous pictures of Mr. Zachary! We can really see how much he is growing. 2 lbs. 9 ozs is just TERRIFIC! He looks wonderful and he's SO SO sweet! Thank you for all the information that you put on the web site. It is very much appreciated! We wish you all much good health and happiness. Before you know it, Zachary will be able to come home with you and you will all start a beautiful life together! We wish you all the VERY best! Please give Zachary a kiss for us! He is SO precious! We will be out-of-town for a few days, but we'll check in again when we return.
All our love, Aunt Sharon & Uncle Arnie
I love all his little caps...How nice..I'm sure they'll be treasured littled keepsakes always. You'll have to put them on some of his stuffed animals & decorate his room with them. I love all the pictures...It's amazing to see how much he has grown & changed..and look at all that gorgeous hair! I love it! he is a DOLL, and i know with each day that passed your love for him grows deeper & deeper! Love his little Easter picture too...those eggs look huge in there! Keep posting those pics...we love to see little Zachary! Rub his little hand while he holds on to your finger for me!
