Catching up!

Hi Folks!

Sorry for the delay in posting, things have been busy 'round here. Zachary is doing well and here are some pictures of some fun events over the past couple of weeks...

Today we went to Kayla and Connor's 3rd birthday party
We met them at the NICU reunion and the mommies became friends.
The birthday party was at a fun park in Webster.

(Unfortunately Mommy was not able
to get a picture of the birthday kiddos!)

At home - modeling his Converse (thanks Rose!)

Last weekend Gamma was in town,
so we went to the beach (Galveston, Tx).

We had a blast!

The Gulf of Mexico in Galveston is perfect
warm water and pretty flat
(this is literally one of the biggest waves we had)

Now that the weather is cooling down,
Zachary enjoys being outside.

Here he is coloring with chalk in our backyard.

Zachary also got his first haircut!

Prayers for The Sullivans

This blog is about Zachary, but it is also about the power of prayer.

Today numerous friends have pointed us to the struggles the Sullivans are having. This family has had the ultimates in highs and lows. Right now prayers are in urgent need for Sara Sullivan, a mom who, within the past year, was diagnosed with breast cancer, found out she was pregnant, had a sweet baby girl Chloe (a little early), brought Chloe home from the NICU and within a week from bringing her home, is now fighting for her life against seizures and a possible stroke. We are praying for God's will to be done and for peace and strength for her family.

We never stop being grateful for God blessing our lives, for Zachary and for each other. Thanks for reading this, we just needed to share and take a moment to pray.

Yep...pizza crust! This is Duchess, Stephen's step-brother Rusty's family pet. This is Rusty's wife Lori enjoying helping Zachary feed Duchess. Zachary thought feeding Duchess was the funniest thing ever!
